Making A Purchase Cleansmart Ltd. is a trade only service - we supply business to business only, and do not supply goods direct to the general public.
Businesses can order through the website, on the phone, by fax, or by dropping by if you are local. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal. Remember to register to receive our free newsletter for regular special offers.
Making a purchase online could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for the details we need to complete the order. |
Shipping And Handling We ship to UK mainland only. Please do not attempt to place an order through this website if you reside outside the UK mainland, or the delivery address is outside the UK mainland. Instead email or phone in and we may be able to help. Non UK mainland orders placed through this website will be refunded and subject to an administration charge.
Most orders received Monday to Friday are processed same day and shipped by next day courier. If any item you order is not in stock, or a delay is expected, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date and given the option to cancel your order with a full refund.
DAMAGED OR LOST MERCHANDISE CLAIMS
It is important to check deliveries in and inspect for damage BEFORE signing for delivery.
Report all claims for goods damaged during delivery to the courier. But remember to keep the original delivery box for inspection by the courier. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery
All carriers require you to inform us about box shortages or damaged material. Freight damaged claims must be initiated by you. Keep both the delivery container and the damaged material for inspection or pick-up. |

Returns Policy Returns
Claims for shortages or errors in shipment must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. We will accept returned items that are damaged in any way up to 14 days from the invoice date. Special ordered items may not normally be returned for credit. A 30% restocking fee may be charged on returns or order cancellations at our discretion. Any deposit taken against a machine purchase is non refundable.
For 'The best portable carpet cleaner you have ever used or your money back' offer, any claim for a refund must be made within 7 days of receipt of the machine and the machine must be returned in 'as new' condition. Any shipping costs/credit card payment processing fees we may have incurred in processing your order will be deducted from the rufund total.
You must contact our customer services department for a Return Authorisation number before returning any item. We cannot accept returned goods without a Return Authorisation number.
