Airflex Pro has been designed to make maintenance as quick and easy as possible. All internal components can be accessed extremely easily and within seconds. The vac motors fold out away from the machine and can be changed in less than 5 minutes.
No more problems servicing high psi pumps
The problem with the high psi pumps (anything over 130psi), is that there aren’t too many engineers familiar with servicing them. This type of pump needs servicing or changing every 500 hours, which is why we came up with our easychange pump system.
Working closely with the pump manufacturer Pumptec, we devised a system where the pumphead can be changed very easily in less than 7 minutes – a job that can take up to 1.5 hours with some extractors.
Even a repair engineer with absolutely no experience of this type of pump can change the pumphead quickly and easily.
